Nehemiah Jefferson, Esq., LL.M.
Attorney Nehemiah Jefferson’s practice is taxpayer civil and criminal representation before the IRS, the Florida Department of Revenue, and other taxing jurisdictions. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Jefferson served as a senior associate for a Big Four accounting firm and owned a national retail tax franchise.
Mr. Jefferson is admitted to practice law in Florida, the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida, and is a member of the United States Tax Court Bar. He represents clients nationwide in federal income taxation controversy matters. He has been featured on Fox 13 News in Tampa, and is a member of the District of Columbia, Florida, and Hillsborough County Bar Associations.
Nehemiah Jefferson received his bachelor’s degree from The Florida State University, his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School (Atlanta), and LL.M. in Taxation (advanced tax law degree) from The University of Alabama.
Nehemiah is also the Pastor of
Triumph Christian Church
in Tampa, a licensed real estate agent, and licensed insurance agent.
